Coordinator of Non-athletic Extracurricular/Enrichment Grant Programming Duties: the Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and developing individual extracurricular/enrichment programs funded by the Sheff Extracurricular Grant in collaboration with teachers and administrators, resulting in the school-wide list of offerings and schedules; examples include:
Academic, social, and student interest clubs; Field trips; Programs to support student specialized extracurricular experiences (e.g., culinary arts, robotic clubs, internships, tutorial services, etc.) Team activities, such as dance team, debate team, robotics team; Whole-grade or all-school book club/author visits or other similar extracurricular/enrichment activities; Extracurricular team activities, such as dance team, debate team, robotics team; Extracurricular/enrichment activities across magnet schools or in partnership with other public schools, private schools, community organizations, outside agencies, businesses, or institutions of higher education The Coordinator will work with extracurricular club sponsors to develop budgets and procure necessary resources per CREC policies and procedures, to provide required grant information, and to ensure scheduling and transportation coordination across clubs and activities. The Coordinator will work with and report to the Principal and other building administrators in support of efficient school operations. The work of the Coordinator must occur at the school site.
