Controller
with sharp financial acumen to oversee and manage the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and financial management, specifically within the real estate sector. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized individual capable of ensuring the company's financial health and driving financial strategy.
Responsibilities Include:Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Lead the financial planning process and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.Monitor and manage real estate investments and financial performance metrics.Develop and implement internal financial controls and processes.Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior financial management role, preferably within the real estate sector.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
