for public sector projects throughout the five boroughs.
Responsibilities
Inspect
construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specificationsInspect all material upon arrival to the job-site for complianceReview shop drawings as requiredDocument inspections daily and report any issuesEnsure quality of workmanship meets industry standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management3-5 years’ experience inspecting construction projectsGood communication and writing skillsAbility to collaborate with multiple team membersKnowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures
