The West Springfield team is expanding and seeking a friendly, team-driven person to fill a full-time position. The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the West Springfield Clinic.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greets guestsCoordinates calendar and appointments for staff and programMaintains appearance and cleanliness of office and common areasInventories and purchases office suppliesMaintains computer databases and recordsManages special projects for the Program Director as neededTravel to main administrative locationMaintains program records in accordance with regulatory and compliance standardsRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalencyComputer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented and organizedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal, customer relations skills

Schedule Details:

Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm
