Our CBHC program delivers these services as an alternative to hospital emergency departments. It also offers respite, outreach, medication management, and peer-level support to ensure that your family member is taken care of on every level. CHD is seeking an organized, collaborative Administrative Assistant to provide a variety of office duties for a new Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC).

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the reception area, insurance verification, electronic health record maintenance, and other administrative supports for outpatient and crisis service operations.Scheduling and coordinating provider schedules, supply management and inventory, record keeping, data entry, and copayment collection.The Administrative Assistant supports and engages with Persons served, a multi-disciplinary service team, ancillary services, insurance carriers and community agencies.Experience in an office environment and knowledge of office procedures is strongly preferred.SUCCESS FACTORS

Full Time positions is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 11a -7p

Part time weekends position is scheduled Sat - Sun, 9a-5p

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diplomaPrior office experienceComputer experience is a must
