ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Nightlife Assistant General Manager who will play a crucial role in optimizing the overall performance of our nightlife venues by maintaining high standards of service, implementing policies, and ensuring exceptional guest and client satisfaction. They will work in collaboration with the General Manager and Nightlife Director to oversee daily nightlife operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Los Angeles nightlife, be organized, and not mind wearing multiple hats.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage day-to-day nightlife operations
  • Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Respond to customer concerns efficiently and in a professional manner
  • Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
  • Support nightlife standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventory
  • Manage and evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivity
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company
  • Ensure compliance of service and hospitality standards
  • Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume nightlife establishment
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments
  • Strong knowledge of full-scale nightclub operations
  • Great decision making and organizational skills

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
