ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Nightlife Assistant General Manager who will play a crucial role in optimizing the overall performance of our nightlife venues by maintaining high standards of service, implementing policies, and ensuring exceptional guest and client satisfaction. They will work in collaboration with the General Manager and Nightlife Director to oversee daily nightlife operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Los Angeles nightlife, be organized, and not mind wearing multiple hats.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage day-to-day nightlife operationsProvide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionRespond to customer concerns efficiently and in a professional mannerEnforce and offer the best quality of products possibleSupport nightlife standard practices such as P&L analysis and monthly inventoryManage and evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve productivityAct as a brand ambassador for the companyEnsure compliance of service and hospitality standardsOther tasks as assignedREQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume nightlife establishmentMust be 21+ years of ageMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to manage multiple tasks in stressful environmentsStrong knowledge of full-scale nightclub operationsGreat decision making and organizational skillsUpbeat and energetic attitudeResponsible and trustworthyAttentive to detailPERKS:
