Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for Electrical and Computer Engineering. The individual in this role will perform a variety of administrative tasks including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and events, arranging travel, and handling incoming inquiries. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will create agendas, flyers, or promotion materials, updated and maintain websites, databases and mailing lists, as well as prepare reports and assist with I-9 tasks related to hiring.
