ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Budgeting, Financial Planning, Analysis

Prepare monthly P&L and commentary for one or more subsidiariesPrepare various reports for monthly executive and finance meetingsAnalyze financial reports and provide resulting commentaries regarding major variancesAssist in preparation of the annual plan, forecast update, and mid-term plans2. Accounting Duties

Prepare month-end journal entriesEnsure all journal entries are prepared and accurately inputMaintain journal entry files and log sheetsReconcile assigned general ledger accountsPrepare CPA firm (Prepared by Client) schedules for year-end audit and quarterly reviewsProcess AP for tire invoicesReview customer remittances & discrepancies in accordance with J-Sox procedures3. Banking

Calculate daily borrowing amounts to ensure corporate cash requirements are met4. Other accounting and finance duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution in Accounting, Business, or Finance. A minimum of three (3) years of current relevant accounting experience.
