As an Accountant, you will work in an office based setting located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Responsibilities:
All aspects of month end close;Preparation of Balance Sheet and Income Statements;Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts;Manage cash balances and bank accounts;Monthly cash analysis worksheet;Prepare and post journal entries daily and month end;Prepare and post cash receipts daily;Analyze variances budget vs. expenses and prior year;Analyze variances budget vs. revenue and prior year;Review cash and check deposit weekly;Review outstanding purchase order file;Various quarterly reporting to state;General Accounting duties;Preparation of documents for agency audit;Prepare and Coordinate Annual Audit;Prepare Budget for New Programs;Other projects as assigned.
