We are looking for a technically skilled Property Accountant to join our growing team in Addison. This is a fully remote opportunity after 90 days of in office training. You must live in the Dallas Metroplex. In this role you will be responsible for high volume full cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties. Responsibilities
Identifies and records income and expenses by accounting periods and follows accounting schedules by preparing accruals, prepaid schedules, or receivables schedulesPrepares and reviews association financial statements, P&L variances, bank reconciliations.Prepares, reviews, and resolves banking issues.Processes bank account transfers.Supports management in the preparation of annual operating budgets.Reviews expense coding and approves invoices in the A/P systemConducts research on any outstanding or unexplained items.Prepares monthly cash flow forecasts.
