Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center.Responsibilities:Prepare business case and financial analysis for capital investmentsCoordinate annual budget and quarterly forecast processWork with operations team and CFO to develop and distribute timelineUpdate model with assumptions from the operations teamEnsure model reflects any changes in business or capital structureDevelop multi-year projectionsProduce a high-level overview for presentation to the Board and lendersCollaborate with core finance, marketing and operations to formulate recommendations to improve profitability of the organizationDevelop analysis and participate in the due diligence process for business development initiativesPrepare and distribute various operational reports accurately and timelyCreate ad hoc reports to assist with analyzing key business metricsCollaborate with core finance, marketing and operations to develop efficient and effective financial management toolsMaintain open, consistent and effective communicationsEnsure financial files are organized and safeguardedModel a service attitude towards others, take ownership in solving problems and take the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, patients and teammatesMaintain good attendance recordRespond to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate financial needsAccept other duties as assignedQualifications:
