So, even if you feel that youre close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply.How you'll make an impact :Build, lead and manage a team dedicated to delivering growth and cycle management insights on P&C insurance leveraging Gallagher Res proprietary portfolio dataLead client projects, delivering data-driven analysis to support strategic recommendationsPlay a role developing our value proposition, using entrepreneurial and innovative approaches to new products and solutionsProject mange internal product development using new technologies and frameworks to explore, analyze and visualize internal and external dataBuild and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create opportunities to deliver strategic advisory servicesLeverage big data technologies and statistical analysis platforms to improve the efficiency of the data driven products developed by Gallagher and Gallagher RePlaying a role in developing and managing the analyst poolAbout you :

8+ years experience in a strategic and analytical role with a focus on the P&C insurance / reinsurance industry. Relevant experience would include actuarial, corporate strategy, management consulting, underwriting, broking, rating agency, or financial planningProven ability of delivering differentiated analytics to facilitate performance, growth and cycle management decisions within an insurance companyProven ability to lead teams on time sensitive projectsComfortable with client interactions with C-suite level project sponsorsWillingness to travelBachelor's degreeDesired :Actuary, CFA, MBA or similarExperience with strategic underwriting or growth initiatives within P&C insuranceProject management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI a plus.Experience with US statutory and GAAP accounting for insurance companiesSNL/S&P CapIQ knowledge and experience
