Competitive compensation packageAnnual bonus program tied to company and individual performanceNo cost medical plan option availablePaid training programsCareer growth opportunities and tuition reimbursementSafety-focused cultureWhat you will do: Based in the New Iberia Remote Operations Center (ROC), work rotating shifts (7on/7off - 6AM to 6PM; 6PM to 6AM) to support Aggreko's 24/7 business operationsProvide technical assistance to Aggreko customers and internal staff daily, focusing on equipment performance, operation, and maintenanceMonitor, diagnose, and analyze incoming alarms, following established protocols for troubleshooting and defining maintenance proceduresUtilize the ARM (Aggreko Remote Monitoring) system to remotely monitor Aggreko power, air handling, and temperature control equipmentReport malfunctions, notify customers of irregularities promptly, and track alarm events using Tracker Technology. Escalate unresolved issues and initiate service dispatch as neededThoroughly document events using appropriate software, incorporate feedback from field technicians to improve processes, conduct appraisals, and share experiences in regular meetings with relevant departmentsWe are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience: Associate degree / Technical school / Or Equivalent years of experience3-5 years of experience working on power generators, commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) equipment, and/or oil free air compressors, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairsExcellent phone etiquette and customer service skillsAbility to perform regular data analysis preventing equipment failuresAbility to use web-based SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) type systems, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (MOVEX) and analytical tools such as ABI or equivalentWe recruit the best talent.
