Establish current and long-range objectives, and execution plans related to our Temperature Control (chillers, ac and Heat) business and its role in the Energy TransitionEnsure effective pricing strategies are in place that reflect asset strength relative to the competition in each market.Market chillers and ac’s product line through effective messaging and value propositions and targeted marketing plansCreate accountability within the business to increase equipment readiness.Measure and communicate progress on strategy on regular basis.Support and promote training and education initiatives.Develops product applications and enables related training.Works with regional operations leaders to ensure operational readiness.We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4-9 years related experienceExperience in building product roadmapUnderstanding of product life cycle and product management processExperience in strategy and pricingExperience working with Sales teams and market conditionsBackground knowledge in project management of one or more product related fields preferred (HVAC, Electrical and/or Power Generation, etc.)We recruit the best talent.
