Manage a remote sales team including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performanceDevelop and execute sales and marketing plan for developing business, including product revenue targetsIdentify and evaluate potential new opportunities and provide suitable recommendations to boost sales of products/increase market shareEnsure the attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsMaintain market awareness; stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the marketEnforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performanceEnsure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales processesEnsure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective actionCreate and maintain relationships at key levels with select customers and accounts; ensure timely and thorough follow-upEnsure that assigned sector attracts, develops, and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplaceImplement a Territory Sales Plan, detailing strategy, objectives, and planned activityBuild a robust sales pipeline and forecast that will yield future profitable revenue streamsDevelop a detailed knowledge of competitive products and services in area of operation & submit accurate competitor information report monthlyYou’ll have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressorsWe’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

10 years of direct business-to-business sales management experienceAdvanced knowledge of targeted territoryAdvanced knowledge of the Manufacturing F&B industryProficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Ops, Fleet, Logistics)Bachelor’s degree or relevant experienceWe recruit the best talent.
