Here are some of the perks and rewards:Work from home and in a local service centerCompetitive compensation - $65,000 to $75,000Uncapped CommissionsCar ProvidedLow-cost medical plan option availablePaid training programs and tuition reimbursementSales career growth potential in expertise, leadership, and across territoriesSafety-focused cultureWhat you’ll do:Cold calling, account management, presentation development, and procuring dealsTrack all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and ordersSelling of equipment rental and services to our construction customersDeveloping and executing an annual territory sales planPartnering with the operations and logistics teams for project executionYou’ll have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressorsWe’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:3-7 years of direct business-to-business sales experienceKnowledge of San Francisco Bay Area, North Bay, Central Valley, & East Bay is a plusBasic knowledge of construction processes and construction-based customer focusProficiency with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar systems)Prior successful attainment of assigned sales goalsPartnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Operations, Fleet, Logistics)Bachelor’s degree or relevant experienceWe recruit the best talent.
