You will wear multiple hats and gain exposure to deal prospecting and development accounting.Key Responsibilities: Senior Accountant | Private Equity Real EstatePrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for real estate projects and investments.Assist in creating and monitoring project budgets, cash flow projections, and financial forecasts.Oversee general ledger reconciliations, including tracking assets, liabilities, and equity for construction projects.Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and client collections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Track project costs, analyze variances, and ensure accurate allocation of expenses to specific projects.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, including preparing tax reports and supporting audit processes.Provide financial insights on project performance, return on investment, and profitability for both construction and real estate portfolios.
