This is a Full Time Salaried opportunity with a great salary and full benefits.If you are a Rockstar at Customer Service and want to continue or advance your career as an Assistant General Manager, we want to talk to you! Our ideal candidate would have previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or a Front Desk Manager at a Hampton Inn or select service hotel. We are looking for someone who will be a leader to our Front Desk Team including owning and managing Guest Service Scores, planning weekly meetings for our front desk team and scheduling.RHW Hotels is a well-respected hotel management company based out of Overland Park Kansas with properties throughout Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. You become part of the RHW family, a group of talented women and men who drive guest satisfaction, give back to our communities and exceed guest, associate and investor expectations.**Responsibilities:*** Respond to, accommodate and/or resolve all guest requests and concerns in accordance with Marriott standards* Schedule and staff departments according to RHW staffing guidelines* Process Payroll including all documentation* Hire / Train / Coach / Counsel/ Front Desk and Hospitality staff* Ensure all Marriott standards and policies are practiced* Process Account Payable ensuring that all invoices are paid accurately and timely* Process Accounts Receivable ensuring that guest and house accounts are correctly posted and closed out as needed* Ensure accurate record keeping of all files and accounts* Ensure all necessary supplies are available to the departments* Work with GM and Sales department to maximize revenue for the hotel* Count and accurately deposit daily cash transactions, while maintaining minimum cash balance assigned by RHW Management* Administer key control* Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction* Make reasonable decisions regarding the operations of the hotel in the GMs absence* Balance and maintain the petty cash account in accordance with RHW guidelines* Cover and manage front desk duties as needed without supervision while continuing to perform other exempt duties
