Sr Credit Risk Manager . The Sr Credit Risk Manager is responsible for the evaluation and mitigation of credit risk within the organization including the day-to-day management of the risk team. You will develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to minimize potential threats and losses. What you will do:Develop policies, processes, and procedures associated with credit risk and the evaluation of credit worthinessComplete project financial/risk analysis by assessing the risk of the Mechanical Contractor, General Contractor and Owner including determination of public or private financingUnderstand bond and lien rights by state and evaluates project risk accordinglyWork with sales teams and assist contract manager with review of customer terms and conditionsManage bankruptcy and legal issuesTrains all new credit staff in all areas of risk managementCollaborates with internal and external business stakeholders to implement effective risk management strategiesProvides final credit approval of all equipment ordersMonitors the hold status of open ordersNegotiates with customers and/or reps to secure payments before filing liens, working with legal experts on complex casesWhat's in it for you:

Bachelors Degree6+ years of experience in financial risk management or related field5 years of construction or building material manufacturing industry credit risk experience5+ years of experience leading people in a management roleWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:
8 years of Construction industry credit risk experience
