Responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will work on a wide range of transactions including restructurings, recapitalizations, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures. Analysts are expected to be involved in the development, structuring and financing of transactions and regularly attend internal and client meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions.

Analyst work will include, but is not limited to:Financial analysis and modelingDrafting of client presentationsPreparation of memoranda for internal and external useConducting financial and other business related researchCoordinating complex and often time-sensitive processesActive involvement in client facing situationsAssistance in the execution of transactionsQualifications

Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 - $140,000

The annual base salary range reflects the low and high targets of the estimated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary an employee in this role receives may vary depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: work location, job-related knowledge, and prior experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components.
