Administrative Assistant
to the HR Departmentwho has a proven track record of assisting a team onsite and able to meet deadlines with quality deliverables.
Position Summary:
The role of the
Administrative Assistant III
is to support Western Area Power Administration, located in
Lakewood, CO.
Responsibilities may include:Greet visitorsMaking travel arrangements, preparing travel vouchers, and entering information and data into ConcurManage post employee 30-day follow upInitiate and process employee awardsResponsible for a variety of duties using multiple databases and on-line programsDevelop regular/recurring queries and gather and analyze data to prepare reportsMaintain up-to-date posting of Position Descriptions using Share PointMaintain and post information/documents to internal web pageAssists with scheduling from the HR Director's calendarMaintain up-to-date posting of Phone Directory and Organizational ChartsAble to proofread and edit documentsTaking Meeting NotesScheduling MeetingsQualifications

Must be a U.S. CitizenBachelor's Degree
OR
equivalent experience of at least 3 years.Must be willing to participate in federal background investigation and drug test.Transparent communicator with superior written and oral communication skillsPragmatic team player who is not confined by a job description and is willing step in to assist where needed no task is too big or too small for youExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong active listening skillsSuperior organization skillsOutstanding attention to detailAble to use Microsoft Suite Applications - Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and One NoteWhy Consider This Opportunity
