As a Hire Dynamics Associate, We Offer You:

Hours:
6:00am-2:30pm M-F (OT as needed on Saturdays) or 7am-3:30pm M-F (OT as needed on Saturdays)
Pay:
$21+ based on experience (possibility to increase once hired on permanently)

Job Responsibilities:
checks the quality of all incoming manufactured, and outgoing material and products. This position will be a firm advocate of quality in our business. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and should be reliable and committed. Ensuring our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment.
The Quality Inspector checks the quality of all incoming manufactured, and outgoing material and productsEnsuring our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipmentGathers drawings and applicable technical specificationsReviews and understand the specsInspects all materials for compliance with the specificationsCorrect material for applicationQuantityMock-up (as required for proof of functionality and accuracy)Documents inspection results on drawings (for accounting and reference)Maintains inspection recordsIdentifies satisfactory material with "QC Accepted" and non-conforming material with "QC Rejected"Recognizes QA policies, procedures, and directives for development and compliance while providing feedback and follow up to ensure proper corrective action is achieveddecalsReports results to HSQE supervisorRejectsStages material in an orderly mannerFocuses on continual growth of our Quality at the Source program, ensuring that the program is effective, and that all Team Members perform their own quality checks as well as collecting quality dataMaintains Quality ReportingMaintains inspection tools and calibrated instrumentsRepetitive Motions: Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingersJob Qualifications/Skills:
