Essential Functions: What you'll do:

FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSISProvides a detailed review of monthly sales, costing and overhead expenses, by plant, Project Management office, by site and cost center.Provides a detailed review of monthly customer performance and detailed Profit and Loss statement by Operational view and line of business (Signage, Leasing & Maintenance, Digital and Facility Branding) which are tied back to the monthly financial statements.Analysis on monthly Direct Materials, Direct Labor and Overheads.In-depth inventory analysis by plant for inventory turnover days and aged inventory.Develops and implements pertinent and easy to use KPI's to be used with the manufacturing teams' benchmark for tracking progressAssists Operations in build vs buy (subcontractor) decision analysis.Timely and accurate reporting of non-conformitiesPROJECT COSTING

Identify and analyze project cost variances, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track financially.Conduct detailed analysis of project performance, including direct, indirect and overhead costs, comparing actual expenses against budgeted amounts.Identify cost drivers, trends, and potential risks that could impact the project's financial performance.Provide insights to project operations teams and other key stakeholders.Provides monthly Customer Profitability Reporting & Analysis and presents results to key stakeholders.Analysis of sales and gross margin for assigned PMO region.Identify opportunities to optimize project costs and improve cost-effectiveness.PLANNING AND BUDGETING

Prepare and monitor budgets for assigned PMO region, including forecasting future expenses and revenue.Identifies and provide guidance to staff on ways to improve current processes and data analysis techniques.INTERNAL CONTROL AND SYSTEMS

Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (i.e. sales taxes).Collaborate with external auditors during audits.Maintains and enhances internal controls and develops new controls as necessary to support business growth.Ensures compliance with accounting policies and procedures and accepted accounting principles.Qualifications: What you'll need to be successful

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertifications:

CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred, or actively pursuing a CPA programTechnical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Advance Excel knowledge and other financial tools.Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to interpret an analyze data to drive insights and decisions.Leadership & Delegation:

Demonstrated ability to lead teams, assign responsibilities and ensure accountability.Relationship Building & Collaboration:

Fostering teamwork and collaboration across different departments and hierarchical levels.Communication Skills:
