Duties and Responsibilities
Under supervision: Lamination Composite Tech I will be under supervision of Group or Team Lead. Work scope/tool use and hardware install will be assigned to certain work areas based on competency, efficiency, safety and quality of work. Areas of work responsibility will increase as work quality and efficiency increases for the following:
Review blueprints and instructionsTrim, assemble, and finish each composite pieceInspect components to ensure they meet specificationsMaintain equipment and toolsDocument your work according to company guidelinesFollow all safety protocolsKeep work area and product clean and organizedBe able to take work instructions from leadersWork well in a teamRequirements
