Summary of Purpose:

The Enterprise Project Manager II is responsible for leading multiple teams to deliver project(s) that span across IT Infrastructure Services, and across the organization. Estimate and manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to Agile methodology framework and lifecycle control guidelines throughout the full infrastructure life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful project delivery. This role is responsible for driving processes, managing risk, and promoting continuous improvement throughout the organization at the highest level.

Essential FunctionsAct as the Agile Kanban Project Manager for the Infrastructure Team, ensuring agile principles and practices are adhered to throughout the project lifecycleLead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectivesCoach team members and other stakeholders in the adoption of Agile Kanban best practices and processes, as neededManage a cross functional team to deliver projects from inception to completion within scope, timeline, budget and qualityDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDevelop comprehensive project plans, including milestones and timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategiesMonitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful project deliveryGenerate necessary metrics for the Kanban teamsIdentify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impactMonitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycleEscalate project issues and risks timely and as necessarySupport product owners with various requirements gathering and scrum activities as neededBe a goal driven program leader have a collaborative team-player attitudePerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In depth understanding of program(s) in IT InfrastructureAdvanced ability to analyze data, trends, and complex problems to make informed decisions within program areaAdvanced ability to perform research, analysis, and use stakeholder feedback to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards to inform program strategiesAbility to convey complex ideas and project strategies in a clear and compelling manner to project teams and senior leadershipAbility to foster collaboration across different departments or teams to harness collective creativity and drive innovationEffectively manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while proactively managing program risksAdvanced ability to work independently as well as in teams/groupsAdvanced ability to work and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive/private informationSkilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared goals for program successEducation, Licenses, and Certifications

Required

High School Diploma or GEDPreferred

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or business administrationCertifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL(x), Certified DevOps Professional (CDP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)Experience

Required

Six or more years' experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, Program Manager, ScrumMaster in an information technology environmentPreferred

Five or more years of managing multiple parallel IT infrastructure projects, with three or more years of extensive experience managing multiple infrastructure team/projects that consist of 2 to 4+ team membersThree or more years of experience managing dependencies from a roadmap standpoint to ensure delivery successAdditional Requirements
