We are seeking a dynamic and energetic leader to join our team as a General Manager at Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center. If you're looking for an opportunity to live and work in the vibrant City of Atlanta, this is the position for you!

About the role:

As our General Manager, you will have the autonomy to run our hotel as if it were your own business. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of high performance in RevPAR index, margin, and guest satisfaction improvement. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What we're looking for:Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a hotel environment, including General Manager experienceSimilar brand experience and/or Marriott experience highly preferredLarge Group & Catering Background, Highly Preferred.Guest Experience Improvement Experience, Required.Ability to lead Revenue and Sales disciplinesFlexible schedule availability, including evenings, nights, and weekendsYour key responsibilities:

Effectively manage and complete hotel accounting responsibilitiesDrive yield improvement and build volumeConsistently exceed revenue and guest expectationsLead change effectively and provide clear direction to achieve our missionInspire, train, and develop our team for promotionCreate a guest service-oriented culture with a "can-do" attitudeBuild strong relationships with guests, groups, and personnel from other departmentsResolve conflicts and provide coaching on conflict de-escalationWhat we offer:
