Summary:The ICU RN manages the nursing care of critically ill patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of acute care ICU RN experience. (Would Consider speaking with candidates that have 1 year of ICU experience? However, that's only if the candidate has multiple years of RN experience.)Associate degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN requiredCurrent State of Florida license for a registered nurse or appropriate compact licensure.
