Join Navistar now and be a part of the journey towards a brighter, more connected tomorrow.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Financial Reporting Team.The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for applying established standards and researching and resolving a wide range of complex problems with diverse scope in innovative ways. The ideal candidate should be able to tackle problems where precedent may not exist and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Responsibilities:Compile and prepare essential financial documents and reports required by TRATON, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Utilize formal processes to gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and proper accounting standards across all reports.Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP and consolidation systemsPlay a key role in quarter-end and year-end close processes, managing tight deadlines and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Partner with global stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and coordination on financial reporting and consolidation efforts.Collaborate with auditors to support the review and audit of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Stay current with new and existing technical accounting literature, ensuring all financial reporting aligns with the company policies.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degreeAt least 2 years of accounting/financial reporting experienceORMasters degreeAt least 1 year of accounting/financial reporting experienceORAt least 5 years of accounting/financial reporting experienceAdditional Requirements:
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Strong background in accounting or financial reporting; experience in SEC reporting is a plus.Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP is highly desirable.Proficient in using various financial systems, including consolidation and reporting systems; experience with SAP, and Oracle/FCCS is a plus.Technologically savvy, with the ability to adapt to different system implementations, particularly ERP and consolidation systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage effective relationships with business units, external auditors, and management.ability to work independently while receiving guidance as needed.Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
