Summary of Position
The position of
Senior Financial Analyst
will be responsible for supporting global consolidation, reporting, and analysis. Reporting to the
Director of FP&A , this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail and an ability to develop partnerships throughout the business is crucial to success.
Essential Functions
Support consolidation of global forecast, identifying key trends, variances, risks, and opportunitiesSupport monthly close analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reportingManage Global Margin Forecast analysis and identify key commercial insightsDrive internal process improvements, with a focus on standardization and automationAssist in creation of executive presentationsCreate sophisticated financial models to aid in scenario analysis and investment decisionsDevelop strong partnerships across Global Finance organizationProactively drive ad-hoc analyses and special projectsEducation and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is requiredMinimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & AnalysisPrevious experience with budgeting and analysis, preferably in consumer productsProven analytical skills, with keen attention to detailObjective oriented with a strong emphasis on continuous improvementExceptional communication and social skills, proven ability to partner cross-functionallyDemonstrated ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environmentAdvanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in ExcelPrevious experience with financial planning systems such as AdaptiveAt SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are vital to our global success.
