Mixing Operator - $18.00-/+ per hour based on experience, Mentor, Ohio
The Mixer Operator role is focused on the mixing of 300 gal. batches of various formulations.
Responsibilities:
Operates an industrial mixer, vacuum pump, dust collector, scales, and tank press to convert raw materials into finished sealants and adhesives.Read and follow a batch sheetLocate, weigh, and add the proper raw materials to mixing vesselsClean the mixer, all parts, and mixing cans according to training procedures.Properly label the containers, record what has been produced on a daily production sheet.Collect lab samples of each batch for QC purposes.Requirements:
Requires 1 year mixing background
and the ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions, such as SOP's, Batch Records, policies, procedures, etc.
