Experienced Tool & Die Specialist with advanced skills in injection molding, precision machining, and tool maintenance. Responsible for managing and optimizing molds and dies throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, repair, and enhancement.

Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot production molds and dies, addressing alarms and breakdowns to minimize downtimeImplement and refine preventive maintenance (PM) documents and schedules as directedExecute major repairs, rebuilds, and overhauls on molds and diesOrganize and coordinate shift and weekend operations to ensure uninterrupted productionDevelop and update PM procedures and maintenance protocols for all equipmentSupport cross-functional teams and execute additional technical tasks as requiredDesign, fabricate, and document modifications and improvements to tools and diesRequirements

Completed Tool & Die Apprenticeship or equivalent on-the-job training2+ years of hands-on experience with injection molding tools, stamping dies, or high-pressure die casting systemsAdvanced proficiency in precision machining, grinding, milling, lathe operations, and weldingExpertise in die building, die casting, extrusion, molding, and hydraulic system repairSkilled in nitro cylinder repair and comprehensive tool maintenanceStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systemsCompetent in using Microsoft Office and email applications for technical documentationEssential Physical Demands
