Hello All,Location : Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)12+ months contractW2 onlyJob description :You have at least 8 years experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems OperatorYou demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solvingYou are well-versed with IT processes (e.g., ITIL, ITGC and PCI)You?re a multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling prioritiesYou ideally have a Bachelor?s or Associate?s degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences or relevant work experience in a related fieldCompetencies:
