Job Summary

The QC Bulk/Analytical Chemist is responsible for testing bulk samples and analytical samples. The QC Bulk/Analytical Chemist is responsible for executing the analytical experiments as directed by the Quality Manager.This is an evening shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.

ResponsibilitiesPerform pH testing, Moisture testing, melting point testing, Viscosity testing, specific gravity testing, and Conductivity testing.Proper documentation of the test performed.Inspection batching equipment for proper Cleaning & Sanitization before use.Creation of CoAs and batch record review.Ensure GMP and SOP compliance during manufacturing activities.Collecting Retain and maintaining retains.Conducting OOS investigations and drafting them.Perform sampling of the bulk containers as needed.Perform Assay testing HPLC and perform water testing on TOC Analyzer.Retain sample collection and management.Assist with Inventory management and instrument calibrations.Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.Requirements

Minimum Bachelor of Science or related field required.1-2 years of Hands-on experience on HPLC is required.Color Matching experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and Good Documentation Practices.Strong technical writing skills are required.Act as a strong team player with a positive and professional attitude and collaboration skills.Impeccable multi-tasking, organization, time management, excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency are required.Benefits
