Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Set up the press to run jobs using job instructions prepared specifically for each projectBe responsible for maximizing productivity while maintaining a high level of quality in all printed materials produced on your pressMonitor the quality of the materials being producedTroubleshoot problems and make necessary corrections, escalate issues to supervision as needed.Communicates essential information regarding incomplete setups, potential problems, and other information pertinent to the job at shift change. Fills out all daily production and quality paperwork.Supervise the work of Press Crews assigned to your pressQualifications

Detail oriented and committed to qualityPossess proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skillsThe ability to multi-task within a manufacturing environmentAble to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for duration of shift.Basic math skills (knowledge of calculator and ruler)Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalentAt least two years of prior experience operating a press, including working knowledge of 4 color, UV curing, plow-folds and ink jet.Fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish a plus.This full-time position includes the following benefits:
