Seal, fillet and fay, cap seal, brush coat, etc. for major assemblies,sub-assemblies, precision bench and integral fuel cell. Apply scotchcast, leveling compound, aerodynamic seal and pressure test, workingfrom drawings, documents, process specifications, quality controlrequirements and established processes and procedures. The Company willprovide appropriate assistance in job training to enable employees toperform all necessary job functions including work with blueprints,changes, specifications, work orders, etc. sealing to qualityrequirements. Complete required data gathering transactions tofacilitate all sealer progression. Perform any and all required pickup,rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing or checkduring or after final seal and/or seal progression. Use measuringinstruments as required to accomplish work assignments. Report and/orinvestigate job handicaps such as: errors, assembly procedures, tools,sequences, etc. Support the continuous flow of product within themanufacturing process by training, coaching and assisting employees ofall classification levels. Document any discrepancies according tospecification, process, and procedure. Temporarily attach parts and orassemblies, install collars and other hardware not related to drillingor countersinking. Level A includes Pressure / Vacuum Test - Performvisual and auditory leak checks in aircraft sections. Employee must havethe skill and knowledge to perform all of the general functionsincluding Aerodynamic seal # Major Assembly / Sub Assembly and IntegralFuel Cell - Apply sealing compounds to seal fuel cell and wing sectioncomponents. Level B will integral Fuel Cell Sealing - Apply sealingcompounds to seal fuel cell and related wing section components.Additionally, the employee must have the skill and knowledge to performone or more of the skills listed below, along with any lower levelsealant level of major assembly or large structure sealing oraerodynamic sealing. Level C Sealer in Sub Assembly will have smallpart sealing or major assembly large structure sealing or aerodynamicsealing or Scotch Cast Application and final sanding. Functionalresponsibilities include Sealer - Seal parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies fillet and fay, apply leveling compound or scotch cast etc.Pressure / Vacuum Test - Perform visual and auditory leak checks inaircraft sections. Integral Fuel Cell - Apply sealing compounds to sealfuel cell and wing section components.Qualifications

All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks. Majority of new hires will be hired on 2nd shift.All Candidates must pass the WorkKeys Assessment (workkeys.com) or provide verification that they have passed the WorkKeys Assessment. Delay in completing your WorkKeys Assessment will result in a delay in your start date.
