Administrative Assistant Part-Time

Administrative Assistant to provide support to our First In Families (FIF) office. This role will require performing general office duties; assisting the FIF Director with Special Events, and any other admin duties as needed.

This position is Part-Time and will be onsite at our Charlotte Office location just East of Uptown Charlotte. Sales Force experience is preferred and Bi-lingual Spanish highly preferred

$15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (8:30am to 4:30pm)

Assist in maintaining FIF Department functions with filing, copies, data entry, etc.Works within the department of any required document needs and observing deadlinesMaintains ConfidentialityContributes to team effort in any necessary special eventsWhat You'll Bring:

Six months of verifiable direct experience working with individuals with disabilities (paid or volunteer) preferred. In lieu of experience with disabilities, other relevant experience may be considered with additional on-the-job training. All experience must be verifiable.
