We are seeking a dedicated and task-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proficient in various administrative tasks, including the use of Google Docs, social media marketing, and designing flyers in Canva. While Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, they are not required for this position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in creating and editing documents using Google Docs.
- Support social media marketing efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring accounts.
- Design and create promotional materials, including flyers, using Canva.
- Coordinate and assist with office events and meetings as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the front desk.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience with social media marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Task-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
