Sanitation Worker - Green Bay, WIAs a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for production, warehouse and facility sanitation leadership, supporting production packaging and processing operations, product safety and regulatory compliance.Shift hours:8-hour shifts1st shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pmSaturday and Sunday are part of the required work schedule with 1 to 2 days off during the weekSanitation technicians are on a rotating schedule to have a weekend offAbility and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends and holidaysPlant operation is 24 hours a day 6 days a week When demand increases, hours and days can increase.

Responsible for Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and managing sanitation activitiesOperate scissors and boom lift while doing MSS.Operate floor scrubber to clean and scrub the floors.Operate carboard baler, trash, and bakery feeds compactor.Operate COP tank for equipment parts and dip tank for the platescleaning of spiral freezer and using pressure washer machineClean outside surface of the silo.Understanding and following required programs, audits, fumigations, and documentationResponsible for proactive pest control inspections/documentation as a back up to Sanitation LeadSafe operation and maintenance of sanitation equipment, such as floor scrubber, COP tank, chemical foamer and industrial vacuum systemResponsible for the maintenance of inside and outside facility/offices/groundsCleaning and sanitation of the production lines, production and warehouse facilityTimely and accurate completion of required inspections/documentationSafe operation of forklift and skid loaderParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performanceAssist in training new employees

What you have to offer:Minimum of a high school diploma or GEDPrevious industrial and/or food manufacturing sanitation experience preferredExperience in a manufacturing/production environment preferredExperienced working with chemicalsMinimum of 3 years sanitation experiencePhysical requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfacesAbility to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platformsAbility to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net and gloves when requiredWilling and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environmentAbility to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditionsWilling to work around industrial high-speed moving machineryAbility to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment
