RequiredWork/Life Balance: 40 hrs/wk year-round (9:00 am - 5:00 pm, M-F)Fantastic Culture, Excellent Compensation & BenefitsCompany InformationNavigator Recruiting client has an excellent opportunity for someone with office administration skills and excellent customer service skills who is seeking a role working in a busy professional office 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (with an hour lunch). Client service, kindness and knowing how to deal with people are important aspects of this role and company. The office is in the pedestrian-friendly ecclectic Highlands neighborhood, near Speer Blvd. and I-25, in Denver, in a beautifully renovated old home made into a cozy office - complete with fireplace, kitchen, etc. This business has been in business for 11 years and business has continued to grow. Work directly for and with the Owner, and be responsible for reception duties, client contact, filing and workflow processing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is friendly, organized and likes helping others to be essentially the "face" of this small 3-employee firm. Responsibilities

Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to clientsMeeting with clients in the office for meetingsAdministrative duties such as drafting letters, correspondence, fill-in forms, scanning reviewing, and informing clients of certain notifications including billing and invoicing, and reviewing IRS notificationsOther general office duties as assigned

Requirements

2+ years' office management or administrative assistance experience requjiredExcellent customer service experience - both in person and via the phone - requiredBasic MS Word and Excel knowledgeExcellent communication and people-skillsWorking well within a small-team environmentExtreme attention to detail, acute awareness, integrity, honesty, and a willingness to learn and grow!Someone with some knowldge or interest in accounting and individual tax returns / taxes could also be helpful.Ideally, someone with a willingness to go the extra mile for staff and moreover, clients
