We are seeking a Content Creator who has a passion for all types of videography and photography! We are a large firm with multiple locations across Florida and need someone who can create, produce, and edit high-quality videos for our marketing purposes!
The ideal candidate would be the type that loves to create, edit, & has the equipment and knowledge to also fly drone videos and do high-level editing.
Candidate should be an expert at Canva, Adobe Lightroom, Rush, Capcut, Instagram, etc. The more you have to share of your previous work or portfolio the better! This isn't just to photograph houses this is Big picture Brand development, People, Places. Selling lifestyles, Promoting services et. We are looking for forward thinkers with modern approaches to content. This is an on-site full-time position and not freelance.
Responsibilities
•Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients•Offer advice and assist real estate agents in the staging of a property to ensure best visual results•Able to edit videoes to ensure best lighting, contrast and high quality so homes are pictured at their very best•Videograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast•Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites•Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner
Qualifications
•Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite•Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment•Real estate videography experience a plus, but we will train the right person•Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
