QualificationsHigh school, business school or GED diploma.Minimum of two years of experience in general office procedures.Must be proficient in Office Suite. Must have strong communication skills and have the ability to initiate and handle multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

ResponsibilitiesScreens incoming calls for the program and provides breaktime coverage and backup coverage for the main agency phone line, as needed.General paper and electronic filing, as needed.Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail. Sending, receiving and distributing fax transmissions.Inputs USTFs into the State Portal.Processes billing for client services provided and enter prior authorizations, as needed.Completes client discharge and follow-up.Develops and/or maintains consumer database.Maintains office supplies and completes work orders, as needed.Supervises all non-clinical administrative functions such as van repairs, office supplies, building/house maintenance, various quality assurance controls.Participates in billing meetings and other agency meetings.Attends trainings as required.
