What You'll Do

The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of daily office operations at ZAGG, Inc. This position involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, from managing office supplies and coordinating meetings to handling correspondence and maintaining organization. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will be a backup to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and will provide assistance as needed to support the CEO, VP of Human Resources, and other executives with projects, managing calendars, and driving other initiatives. In addition, the Administrative Assistant may provide support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams as needed. Key responsibilities include:

Provide backup support for the Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, CFO, and VP of Human Resources, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document preparation for executive leadership, and driving projects and initiatives as assigned.Perform a range of administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, facility management, and maintaining office organization.Assist the HR and Talent Acquisition teams by performing tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and supporting HR initiatives.Help organize company events, meetings, and trainings, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.Participate in or manage special projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the company.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

1-2+ years of experience in an administrative roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills.A can-do, positive, get-it-done attitude.Strong work ethic.High level of organization.Ability to work in ambiguity, seek clarity as needed, and adjust quickly.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Incredible attention to detail.Ability to see around corners, anticipate needs, and provide a high-level of support to executives.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with HR and Talent Acquisition processes is a plus.Flexibility to work nights and occasional weekends as needed. Generally, this entails monitoring emails remotely to ensure rapid response times even before and after regular business hours, however, this may also include providing onsite support at the office before and after regular business hours as needed.
