Company Overview:

We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Electrical/Mechanical to join our team in Algona, WA. In this role, you will work independently to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain both mechanical and electrical components of our production and facility equipment.

• Position: 3rd Shift (Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Machinist Duties: Perform basic machinist tasks as needed.
• Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance: Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on production machines.
• Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring thorough diagnosis, replacement, repair, testing, and adjustment of parts.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility systems.
• Additional Tasks: Handle minor plumbing and carpentry tasks as required.
• Tool Usage: Employ a range of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in your duties.
• Issue Detection: Identify faulty operations and defective materials, reporting any unusual situations to supervision.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all required maintenance documentation.
• Self-Motivation: Be a proactive and self-starting team member.
• Cross-Department Support: Assist with training requirements across departments and contribute to the production of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Safety Program Implementation: Support the implementation of safety programs as needed.

• Experience: 3 or more years of experience in maintenance operations, with a preference for experience in food processing.
