With a proven track record in title claims litigation, you will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution, including trial, arbitration, and appeal. Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a licensed attorney.
• Title claims litigation experience is required.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
• Proven experience with title claims, real estate disputes, ownership issues, and landlord-tenant disputes is strongly preferred..
