Program Manager

A week in the life of a Program Manager includes:Oversee and manage the Contractor team; provide working interface between the Contractor, Government requirement owners, and the COR.Assure contract compliance for all contract personnel employed at work locationsAssist with contract documentation including PWSs, security documentation (DD254), technical assessment and respond to government data calls for cost estimates and contract modificationsResponsible for tracking contract expenditures and hours vs. remaining hours (burn rate)Responsible for budget analysis, spend plan and requirements documentation and trackingProvide planning and operational support to DTOC.Coordinate with distributed sites for equipment and labor estimates for installing and servicing LVC-OT related equipment and potential connectivity.Write, assist, and coordinate on a variety of documentation required in the DTOC including white papers, presentations, correspondence, marketing, and publications.Program analysis or delegation to team member with appropriate communication, written, and analytical skills.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and six (6) to eight (8) years of management experienceSECRET clearanceHave active Professional Management Professional (PMP) certificationMinimum three (3) years' experience in Program Management functionsExperience in managing personnel in accordance with contract guidanceMinimum three (3) years' experience in Distributed Mission OperationsKnowledge of military contracting procedures and guidance
