Administrative Assistant

A week in the life of an Administrative Assistant includes:Performing DTOC administrative functions for the DTOC Government Leadership Team to include filing, sign-in and sign-out procedures for visitors, travel coordination, document control/review, and other administrative tasksWhen directed by the Government, deliver and collect packages from Traffic Management Office (TMO)Create and implement DTOC paper and electronic file management systemProvide VIP protocol support for DTOC visitorsSet up and oversee office suspense for tasks, action items and eventsProvide minutes for all DTOC Director meetings and other meetings as tasked by the DTOC DirectorSupport all contractor CDRL requirements with quality control
Job Requirements
High School Degree and six (6) years of experience; a combination of education and experience can be usedSECRET clearanceMinimum of three (3) years of experience working with Microsoft Office software and internet usage
