OTI Project Manager with demonstrated experience in the execution of distributed Operational Training (OT), which can encompass warfighters in Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training environments? A week in the life of an OTI Project Manager includes:Organize, inform, synchronize, integrate, and advocate for all ANG/DTOC OTI Level of Efforts (LOE) including developing policy, strategy, planning, programming, sustainment, resourcing, and utilization of the full range of the ANG's OTI environment.Collaborate with offices that support the OTI enterprise to design and develop requirements to acquire and integrate ANG OTI into concrete procurement plans that also have long-term sustainment program fundingCoordinate on Headquarters Air Force OTTI 2/3 Letter Review taskers and ANG OTI CONOPS as requiredPlan, manage and execute projects related to OTI activities and capabilities.Plan and facilitate new capability integration activities to include:Development of integration timelinesConduct and coordinate telecoms and IPRsCoordination of equipment procurement and installation activitiesProvide liaison/consultation support to new and existing user community members on topics related to OTTI integration into the DTOC/ANG DMO environment.Collaborate across DTOC functional areas to identify and implement new OTI capabilities at the DTOC and across the ANG OTTI enterprise.Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders on DTOC OTI related topics and activities.Provide status, guidance, and recommendations to DTOC leadership on all OTI related topics and activities.Provide long-range planning support for DTOC and ANG OTI related activities.
Job Requirements
Associate's Degree and four (4) to six (6) years of management experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degreeSECRET clearanceMinimum five (5) years of Distributed Mission Operations/Live Virtual Constructive/Operational Training Infrastructure technical, engineering and/or policy backgroundExtensive background on Live, Virtual, Constructive environmentUnderstanding of ANG Flight Plan and OTI way forward for the ANG
