USMC SME includes:

Serve as conduit/integrator of tactical joint aviation training into DTOC and larger ANG enterprise training capabilitiesSupport OT as a joint training event SMESupport mission planning and provide mission briefings where applicable to both joint service and ANG communities on distributed training capabilitiesJob Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) to ten (10) years related experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degreeSECRET clearanceCurrent or former qualification with a minimum of five (5) years experience in any of the following areas of expertise:

Composite Warfare Commander (CWC) concept, roles and responsibilitiesIII MEF organic forcesI MAW organic forcesUSMC/USN Fighter aircraftUSMC/USN Rotary Wing aircraftMarine Corps combat arms officerMarine Corps aviation experience as pilot (fixed wing or rotary wing)Marine Corps Command, Control and Communications (C3)Current or previous Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron or Top Gun Graduate, C2 InstructorAir Officer (AirO)Joint Tactical Air Controller (JTAC)
