A week in the life of a
Standards Compliance Manager includes:Responsible for CAF FSTP/FSTR/Testing ensure DTOC meets mission package standardsResponsible for MAF DMO standard complianceCollaborate & Responsible for SCARS Incremental Standards CertificationResponsible for developing and executing test plans related to software interoperability with connected training devicesCollaborate with Training System Support Centers (TSSC) and issue/respond to SPRs as requiredRepresent DTOC and ANG DMO standards at standard working groups identified by the governmentRepresent DTOC and ANG simulation requirements at industry conferences as requiredConsult with ANG Staff on OTI enterprise standards and simulator procurement as requiredKnowledge on CDS technologies and how DTOC M&S tool kits are affected
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degreeSECRET clearanceMinimum three (3) years in DMO community working with various Air Force and Joint DMO entities, and ensuring Mission Package Standards are complied withExperience with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS)Experience bridging Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems together, maintaining standardsGeneral knowledge of SISO and AF Standards related to Distributive Interactive Simulation (DIS) protocolGeneral knowledge of SCARS Increment Standards and Certification ProcessSkills in communication, public speaking, and providing constructive feedback
